First Communion Photoshoot Limburg: Communion photos of a girl in her hammock on the sandy plain of the Brunssummerheide
It's been a while since I had the opportunity to capture this First Communion reportage in the surroundings of the Rode Beek at Brunssummerheide. From these lovely individuals, I've already had the chance to photograph their wedding, the baby photoshoots of both children, and now the First Communion reportage of their eldest daughter.
As I had previously done a love shoot in a hammock earlier that month, they came up with the idea of bringing a hammock into the forest. This time, I hung it in two different locations, on two bare trees by the Rode Beek, and then between two birch trees on the sandy plain—an enchanting spot, where I later returned to lie in my own hammock.
I began with some solo shots of the communicant in her hammock, followed by shots with her mother and father. Afterward, I attempted to photograph the entire family. However, her sister wasn't quite in the mood at first. After a while, once I had relocated the hammock and she had some time to play on the sandy plain, everything fell into place.
Now that the First Communion has concluded, the photos are ready to go online. The album containing the finest photos has also been delivered, featuring a soft pink linen cover. This deluxe mini-album, measuring 15x15 cm, has been included in every reportage for some time now. Valued at 50 euros, it consists of 16 pages of thick paper showcasing the most beautiful First Communion photos from the reportage.
