Twins Photoshoot in a Park in Limburg
Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing these two adorable girls in the pond park in Brunssum. Accompanied by their mother and grandmother, we ventured into the park loaded with bags to create a photo reportage of the children.
A wooden cart, bottles, pacifiers – everything was packed, and we strolled towards the grassy area, which turned out to be scattered with duck droppings. Near the open-air theater, we found a beautiful spot with trees. By this time, it had become a bit cloudy, and occasional raindrops fell, but fortunately, it didn't go beyond that.
The photoshoot proved to be a real workout for the mother and grandmother. Acting silly, catching the girls when one of them ran off, making them laugh, and keeping an eye on them – everything was captivating, and they were swift as can be.
Fortunately, I could observe all of this from a distance and capture lovely images with my telephoto lens. There were smiles, there were tears, and whenever a tear fell, the sun quickly made its appearance again. Just like the weather, actually.
I had an immensely enjoyable time capturing these two. Luckily, I could capture many spontaneous photos, which, from my own experience, I know are the most enjoyable later on. The mother hesitated for a moment about including a crying photo in the album, but I convinced her to do so. Personally, I find it incredibly interesting to see how I cried as a baby.
The photos have been delivered, and I've had the pleasure of ordering three beautiful albums. Two for the children themselves and one for the grandmother.
